Christine is a hospitality expert with several decades of experience helming operations for some of the best restaurants in Chicago. She has also worked as a branding, marcom and operations consultant for many others. Among her favorites have been her time with Chef Tony Mantuano at both Tuttaposto and Spiaggia and her time consulting with Chef Shawn McClain and his restaurants. She has a passion for bringing unique experiences to her guests and telling authentic stories. Autre Monde is a passion project that she has been incredibly proud to bring to the communities she grew up in.
Christine Tully
John is a passionate lover of all things grape-related. Having decades of experience in all facets of the beverage world he had an encyclopedic knowledge of wine that he brings to guests in a very unpretentious manner – making wine approachable and fun. John did his formative training under legendary sommelier Henry Bishop III and is a certified Level 2 Sommelier from both The Sommelier Guild and WSET. He is equally passionate about movies and you will see that influence throughout AM. John is also a Berwyn resident and has been active in the community on many boards and causes.
John Aranza
A passionate chef who is all about authenticity, Chef Partridge, has helmed kitchens from Ambria to Spiaggia to Andiamo and eventually Autre Monde, her passion for ingredients and attention to detail is evident in every dish. Her skill is evident throughout our menu. A transplant to the area from Ohio, she now makes Berwyn her home.
Beth Patridge
Dan Pancake is also a highly experienced chef in his own right with a special passion for butchery the art of smoking & grilling and has a fine eye for the detail on our menu. If you have had one of our house made pastas you have experienced Dan’s expertise at its best. Dan is also a veteran of many of Chicago’s best kitchens. As a founding partner in the restaurant Dan now calls Berwyn home and continues to lead our team of talented cooks.
